On the eve of this year’s Labour Party conference in Manchester, MTUC will hold a public meeting at the Mechanics Institute to discuss anti-trade union legislation – and how to repeal it.
Speakers will include John McDonnell MP, BFAWU President Ian Hodson, Unite General Secretary Len McCluskey and the secretary of North West TUC Lynn Collins.
Put Saturday 20th September in your diary now. The meeting will be followed by a social in the Mechanics bar to raise funds for the Manchester Unemployed Workers Centre.
